After breakfast in your cabin, admire the views of the Jungle Line as the train courses through some of the wildest parts of Malaysia. Following lunch on board, you arrive at Merapoh station and alight for some extraordinary experiences in Taman Negara National Park. Taman Negara was formed 130 million years ago, making it one of the oldest tropical rainforests in the world. The dense jungle, wide rivers and lush mountains are home to wildlife ranging from water buffalo to macaques, tapirs, and hornbills to the Malayan tiger a true explorer's paradise. From here, you will have the option to embark on a wide variety of excursions learn about edible jungle ingredients, take a photography course in the rainforest, or venture into a thrilling wildlife excursion in support of the endangered Malayan tiger.
